While we finish the tutorial for the Avatar SDK, these are the ingredients to use it as soon as we release it:

- Any version of Poser starting with version 6 (including Poser Debut)

- Daz Victoria 4.2 that you can get here

- Daz Victoria 4.2 Morphs++ that you can get here

or you can get both with a hair set and some other stuff:

- Daz Victoria 4.2 Starter Bundle that you can get here

or also a bundle with lots of nice things:

- Victoria 4 3D Model Pro Suite that you can get here

We are already working in the compatibility to use the free Daz Studio Pro and Genesis figures with our Avatar SDK, but this will take a while.

Just received this video from Denise in a Assistive Technology Expo we are participating.

This is the first test for our Home Automation system in Denise. We are showing some very nice technologies there:

- A Holographic projection of a full body Denise. Generally the image is very clear, but because our stand is kind of small, the projector had to stay to close to the acrylic, but we are improving this by using different projectors.

- The room being controlled is located in another city. Denise is remotely sending the commands via Internet to the Z-Wave devices connected to the lights and appliances in the room.

- Everything is commanded by voice

- The image of the remote room is transmitted in real time by a IP camera, also connected to Denise and to the Z-Wave network.

This will be our biggest test using all this tech in real time. We had to make a lot of adjustments in the Speech Recognition system because of the background noise, but it end up so well that we could even use the laptop embedded microphone.

For the same Assistive Technology Expo, we have released a new feature for Denise, that is the automatically Optical Character Recognition, with optional language translation before the speech.

I think this is a very cool and handy feature, not only for blind people or people with vision problems, but actually for everyone that would like to have Denise reading a book or any text.

The small on-off key in the USB cable was an invention that we did to help blind people not having to manually connect the USB cable to the computer port.

I started this module a few years ago, but decided to finished it for this fair. We are achieving almost 98% of accuracy for the OCR process in 7 languages, and we will later improve it by using a spell checker before the reading.

We hope to release this module for free for all Denise Platinum users.

I've just receive a new microphone from Plantronics. All I have to say is that this is the best one I have ever tried to use with Denise.

5 stars!

The good thing is it's on sale at Amazon from US 279.00 for US 160.00

Are you using Dragon 12.5 with it?   How are the changes to the AIML knowledge base coming along with version 2.0?  It is improving Denise's chat skill much?   Oh, and with the new translation module you mentioned above,  Will it be necessary to have installed a voice specific to each target language for correct pronunciation?    Which international version of Denise will be released next?   In terms of what we have now, is this list correct?:

English, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, German. ??    Have you been able to get much collaboration help?   I remember several forum members volunteering.   One guy is working on French right?

Thanks for the reply Guile,  Hey for those of us who just purchased Poser 12 within the last 60 days, what are our upgrade options

for 2014?

Hi Cap. No, Nuance has not release Dragon 12.5 SDK yet. Seems like they had to fix many issues in this version.

AIML 2.0 is mainly focused in the Mobile use of chatbots. This version comes with many native hardware access to android phones, but this version also add some new nice features to improve the overall conversation.

Yes, to use our upcoming new OCR and translation feature, you need to have a TTS installed with the target language.

Now that we are reaching a final 1.0 version, we will soon invite again volunteers to translate Denise's interface and main modules to other languages.

Hi friends.

Just stopped by to say that we are working hard here on the Avatar Studio SDK and other fixes.

Avatar Studio is actually ready to ship, but we are finally closing a agreement with Daz 3D to use one of their best textures and lights commercial package.

This may not be necessary for advanced poser users, but will make the whole difference to the ones beginning with 3D and poser.

This also means a lot for us, because Daz 3D and Renderosity are the biggest Poser 3D marketplace companies, and we are working hard to offer our Avatar Studio in their stores in the future when we reach a 1.0 version.

Several other great things are happening for Guile 3D Studio these past months, and we will share those news a the right time.

Guile

Hi friends. Sorry for the small absence here in the forum, but this was for a good reason. I was preparing a presentation for Demo, a Silicon Valley Start-Up presentation event that happened for the first time in Latin America, in Brazil.

Among 690 registrations, Guile 3D went to the 35 finalists, and at the end, we took 7th place.

So, bellow is my presentation video. I'm already using Dragon 12 within Denise for my Pitch, that my team is already setting up for a soon release.

Avatar SDK is also in our wait list for a soon release. Finding new investors for Guile 3D will give our users many new perspectives for the fast improvement of Denise and our Next-OS engine.
